The very best FREE cleaner for your system is this one. I have used it for a few years now and it just works.
You will note when you download it that it shows your system in the toolbar...that is a great feature!
On the left side you will see the different cleaners....just go through all of them and let it clean the system thoroughly....it will not crash the machine (as some of the software out there does!)
The registry button works just great too and will rid the system of old files that can corrupt the registry and make your computer run slower and slower.
