If you are unable to view certain pages because JAVA is not current go into Control Panel and Programs and uninstall the old versions first...then reboot the computer and install the latest JAVA program from the website...
Often it causes conflicts if you upgrade and the old version isn't overwritten properly-software-gotta love it...
