here is a free .exe which I heard about courtesy of HTG and so will pass it along to my readers....
its called NEVER 10

it will also remove all the downloaded Windows 10 files stored on your computer...about 6 GBs if you direct it to...
again it is just an executable and not something you install so you can keep it on a USB
