To rid your PC of "recents"   here's the trick

W + R

type in "recent"

CTRL + A

then hit Delete

CTRL SHIFT DELETE

EMPTY HISTORY

LAST HOUR

HIT ENTER

Refresh page

Basically its a video problem and cache file issue...

by clearing this out the error is gone...
