Homegroup -Setting up the Network in Windows 7

Do you have computers in your home/office you want to link together?

Well, Windows 7 gives you the opportunity-you have to be running at least Win 7 Pro though...Home will not give you the feature....
Here's how to do it!

Click on the
"HOMEGROUP"
in your Library....

it will give you the options there to setup a homegroup....there you will see the password which is

setup for you....all the computers on the network must have that same password so WRITE IT DOWN!

open all the computers up to the HOMEGROUP page and enter in the same password for all of them....
then restart all the computers from boot up.....
now your HOMEGROUP is setup and you can transfer files from all computers...make sure you check the boxes you want to share between the computers....Have fun exploring the world of networking!
