Is Your Head In The Clouds? Defining Cloud Computing...

Ever heard the term?   Well, as time marches on in the internet world it is becoming the only way things will be handled.
Cloud computing is a way of computing, via the Internet, that broadly shares computer resources instead of using software or storage on a local PC.
Simply put.......your "stuff" is out there "in the cloud"- on a server somewhere in the big ole data storage buildings
where the servers of the world store everything!
When you do anything via your browser it is stored "out there"....that's why sometimes when your browser crashes you lose stuff....cuz' it never synced with the server cloud. You will see it more and more as Google is coming out with their web-based browser this fall (which forms of it are working now).  It is a full-fledged browser operating system which will store "everything" in the cloud so to speak.

Kinda scary huh?
