What is a Terabyte?
Anaylitical term: A Terabyte is 1,099,511,627,776 bytes (2 to the 40th power)
Basic: 1000 Gigabytes

Most have two platters inside spinning at a rate of 7200 spins per minute...whew...imagine that!
