if you see a photo anywhere, the web, in your picture folder, etc....
and you want it as your desktop background>
just right click on the picture and go to
"set as desktop background"
if you "center" it it may not fill the whole monitor, especially if it is a small photo...
soooo > right click on your desktop>Properties>Desktop>Position>Stretch....viola and it will
fill the screen.....make sure the pixels are enough though....small photos will look blurry...
you can tell what the pixels are by right clicking on the photo and going to properties....
it should be at least 1024 x 800 to look like anything....if you have less than that the picture
is way too small....
